Full Refund Policy
Full refunds will be issued for any unopened products. The customer will need to email email@example.com to obtain a free shipping label for the return. Simply re-pack your purchase in its original packaging and send it back to us. You will receive an email once we’ve received the item and have checked to make sure it has not been opened indicating your refund has been processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product condition, and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send you return label to ship the package back with. Simply re-pack the defective item and ship it back to us. The product will be replaced and shipped back to you via Next Day Air mail free of charge. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. The damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective items. If after we’ve tested the item and no defect is found, we will return the original item to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Any album marked defective that is returned to us in an effort to receive different promotional gifts (IE photo cards, pins, etc) will not be honored, and your original album will be returned to you.
